i started lifting when i was 11 tahts when i started boxing and now im 17 and im 6'0 and im half filipino too lolrace_suaceSAFE so am i :PMy mum never taught me to speak Tagalog though :(
hello gamespot.I was just wondering, since im 13, is it ok to do weights (dumbells) and pushups to gain some muscle mass? Ive been hearing that doing excess weights will stunt my growth and make my muscles shorter.Is this true?Advice would be appreciated.
