i have a ps3, a wii and a high end gaming pc, i plan on getting a 360 right now. I love my ps3 to death, but i'd say wait a month or so because all the good games are coming out...plus the holiday sales might include some good bundles and good discounts/price drops.LiquidAjax

Alright so guys I have a xbox 360 elite and a HD satellite service both and going into my HDTV via HDMI. I have a 600 surround system in which my opti-cable runs from my xbox into. My HD satellite service runs into my surround sound via L/R audio cables. Now if i use the OPTICAL AUDIO OUT from my HDTV and shoot it into my surround sound. Will I be able to get HD sound from my XBOX and Satellite depending on the input?
