my ps3 is plenty reliable, except the blu-ray drive died on me recently. but it doesn't mean the total death of your system since you can send it back to them and they'll fix it up for you. well, as long as you have your receipt....i didn't keep mine so i have to pay for the repairs...
Fallout 3 is great: people complain about it having technical issues, but there hasn't been a single glitch the entire time I've played mine. Resistance 2 was ok as a game, but the ending absolutely sucked. Also, you should give Valkyria Chronicles a shot, I simply can't stop playing that one.
Ah man, that sucks. That jsut happened to me about two weeks ago while I was in the middle of playing Valkyria Chronicles. Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do about it, and the only way you can have it fixed is to send it in to Sony. I'm sending mine to them tomorrow. Hopefully you still have the receipt, becuase I don't and I'm going to have to pay for the repairs.
Glad they Finally got a review up for this one, but I think it deserved a 9 at least. Gametrailers.com gave it a 9.1.
however, my ps3 mysteriously died on me while i was right in the middle of playing it, on the level where you first get to use Zaka and the Shamrock, so i haven't finished it yet!!! It's going to be at least another two weeks or so until the repairs are done, and I'm dying to play it!!!
