Hell yes! Although I hear its been delayed (AGAIN!) until the 20th. I love 2 and 3 and had them for ps2. I'm a bit weary about the new voices for 3 though. (loved Heathers voice actor) Also agreed about ME3. I love that series as well, but I'm going to wait until they inevitably put out the edition with all the DLC on it. One good thing about getting ME2 so late for the ps3 was I didn't have to pay for any of the DLC except the Arrival.
I'm such a dork I played Twin Snakes the moment I saw my copy of MGS collection had shipped in anticipation. Love the series and Snake Eater looks really good. (frame-rate etc..) Can't wait to play peace walker. (don't have a psp)
If I recall correctly there are only two multiplayer trophies required for plat, one for playing a co-op and one for playing a deathmatch game. The rest are all on the single player game. I might be wrong it's been awhile.
Well as much as I want this right now, I'm kind of glad I'm at work. Hopefully by the time I get home all the bugs (and massive amounts of people downloading) will have been dealt with. Free Infamous woohoo
For the most part, I will play one at a time until I finish it. There are times I'll take a break for a little multiplayer, but I definitely only play on single player at a time.

I don't know much about your phone, but my Droid x has DLNA and I can use that with ps3. So if you have the ability to us DLNA it'll work if not, I don't know
Well since the us version looks like it will be a psn download, you might be getting them as well. If not you could probably create a u.s. psn account and get it that way. I was able to do that with japanese version of the RE5 demo before it was available in the us store.
