I just recently beat Metal Gear 3: Snake Eater again and i got to say i that i think that The End boss battle, while being a pain in the ass, is one of the most creative and fun boss battles since FF7's Sephiroth Battle.  A boss battle that spans across 3 areas and has no sound to it can really make it that much more enjoyable.  Good work Kojima!
