Hi. Would appreciate if anybody could help with me a problem with my PS3.

I was playing fifa 11 online and suddenly my ps3 turned off.
I pressed the power button to turn it back on.
The green light came on but the blue one didn't.
After about 5 seconds it turned off again and the red light started flashing.
I've tried this several times now but the same thing keeps happening.

What can I do?
Any advice or ideas would be great.
