New icon!!! hurray!!

i got dis new icon from photobucket. i got a a lot of them der too. i will change it often nd i want ta make dem smaller so i can fit all da stuff on da icon. some i got were too big nd some just wouldnt show everything. if anyone knows how ta resize icons plz help me!!! ttyl
