Yes. I usually listen to my MP3 if I cant sleep. The songs usually consist of Chillout, Classical and tracks from Nature Chillout CD's. They help me sleep =)

Books have never made me cry. Loads of films have though. X-Men Origins Wolverine (Wolverine girlfriend dies and ending) The Bucket List (cried all through film) , On Her Majesty's Secret Service (Tracy Bond Dies) and loads more
