You can burn the videos on disk (CD-R, DVD+RW, etc.) on your PC (Mpeg4 format), load disk/select, and hit the triangle to show content of the disk. I forget but there's another button on the controller that will let you copy to the harddrive. Only problem is that there's no UI/SW that will organize stuff - it will show you small clips of each video though...

So what if Sony doesn't get SRK to promote PS3 in that market...don't see Jacki Chan, Aishwarya Ria, or Gerard Depardieu lining up to push PS3 in other markets.
My advice... visit a bud that has a PS3 (if you don't have one) and borrow the Shakira Live and off the record DVD...those are two nice combos.
Those speakers seem pretty light weight to me but the Onkyo receiver is pretty good - has HDMI connection. I would buy the receiver separately and match the speakers better. My suggestion is to try the NHT SB1/2 speakers with the Onkyo - always try it out yourself and not really on opinions of others (each person has different taste concerning sound). Also, NHTs have been known for excellent performance with a moderate price - plus it has a piano black finish which will match the PS3 ; )
Same question came to me in December and had a 360 as well. Asked myself, what are the odds of not purchasing a PS3 ever and it was 0% so I went ahead and purchased when it was available at retail price. I have been pretty happy with it and have gotten 5 Blueray discs since (watch out for those buy one get one free specials at BestBuy and Fry's). Still exploring other non-gaming features of the PS3 - photos and video clips etc...
