[QUOTE="2beers_in_hand"][QUOTE="-GeordiLaForge-"]Not before this gen is over. I think that they'll want to get this gen behind them first. They're still on thin ice with some people, since they used the Playstation name just to win a format war and drive down the price of the Cell and bluray players. It took them ages to get a decent game library on the market...-GeordiLaForge-
Yeah because it took them a year and a half to their first title above AAE. :roll: The funny thing is I played plenty of good games since march of 07. Whats your story AAe and Ae just dont cut it on your play list???

By 2007, I already had about 20 great 360 games, and there were plenty more out there. My point is, the games took a LONG time to develop, and even longer to look as good as they should. I'm not saying that going for a win in the format war was the wrong move, because it wasn't. But the result was people having to wait ages for the games that they really wanted to play. Some people are still waiting btw...

Good thing those people have options then. Because I as a PS3 owner couldn't be more happy with my purchase.

To all those crying about priority's and wasting money get over yourself and grow the *&%$@# up. Who cares if they shot the crap out of one of their 360's. I think they have a right to blow up or shoot anything they damn well want to if it takes a crap on them. Did any of you consider the fact that they might use that as a way torealax andand take their mind off of things when they get back to base??? Its not like there in a stress-less environment, where IED's and the chance of dying aren't a contently on their minds.

And to those who say "and this is why America isn't taken seriously". Next time you country needs help of any kind why don't you do it your damn self. Instead of asking us to pull you feet out of the fire. The U.S needs to stop babysitting the world and let all the world step up instead of us!!!

HOORAH!

It makes me sick when people blow garbage out of proportion. People if you want to cry about your money, tell your local politician to stop with their wasteful expenditures. Dont blame some soldiers blowing off some steam

[QUOTE="2beers_in_hand"][QUOTE="jalexbrown"]I haven't even picked up the first Dead Space yet, although it's very close to the top of my list of games to purchase still. I'll probably hop into Dead Space next week.jalexbrown
Its so worth it!!! DS flew under the radar of a lot of people, I wasn't to keen on it until my buddy on PSN kept hyping it. Long story short I'm glad I played it.

It didn't really fly under my radar, because I was hyped about it from the day it came out. I'm just the kind of person who waits for the games to get significant price drops before I pick them up most of the time. Dead Space was an unfortunate casualty of this policy; I could have picked it up on day one, but I decided that I wanted to wait out and get Fable 2 on release day instead. So Dead Space got sacrificed until it got some price drops.

Thats understandable we all can't go out and buy every game that we want on day one.

That seemed like a terrible idea from the word go. Just an excuse to charge more for a new game in a very tired series. Oh well. Maybe they'll add the first two games as PSone classics to the Playstation Store one of these days, and we can relive the glory days.thunderf00t
You know I would buy those in a heart beat.

[QUOTE="eyebrowless"]

hah, some rich kid down the hall from me bought Tony Hawk Ride, and he buys EVERY game that comes out. So i'm glad that he bought a **** game. Everyone was all excited to try it out until they saw how **** it is and left him. now he has no one to brag to.

before you say it, yes i'm jealous of him, but happy he payed $120 for a **** game.

I think the only thing that will help this game is drinking. Yes large unsafe amounts!!! That way your to drunk to tell that the controls are utter crap.
