right, so I just figured out something

right, so, Ive been saving up for a new video card for my PC. Ive got 400$ saved up so far.

today, I just realized the huge difference between a "want" and a "need". I realized that a video card is a want. it is not needed. Now, Im just going to save for a car becauseI NEED a car cuz I work at my parent's shop, and it is really ****ing annoying having to stay so late beforeI can leave and go home

I just got a revelation

the whole 7 day creation story in the bible happening 6000 years ago. I just realized that it is not possible, and that the universe is in fact at least 13 billion years old.

the only evidence that YECs have is the bible

The computer industry

Hi everyone, who's gonna read this post, I was wondering, If I could offer you a computer Which had 2 Evga GeForce 7300 GPUs, an AMD 64 X2 3800 CPU, 1 GB of Memory, and a motherboard that would automatically overclock your processor to adapt to the load that your system is carrying, would you pay 1200 dollars for it? Im asking this because im seriously considering starting my own business, which builds custom computers. Also, If anyone has advice for building computers, could I have some advice? thank you for your time

If I have an Intel 915g motherboard, can I get a nvidia GeForce 7950 GX2?

I've been thinking about getting a new Graphics card for some time now, and I'm not entirely sure that this graphics card is compatible with my motherboard. The graphics card I'm looking for is the Nvidia GeForce 7950 GX2, you know, the one nvidia came out with a month or so ago. The nvidia website said that any motherboard with a PCI express slot and has the S-BIOS configured correctly will run this new video card. However, on nvidia's website, there is a list of compatible motherboards, and my motherboard (the Intel 915g) was not listed. Has anyone with an Intel 915g motherboard tried to get this graphics card? If so, please let me know the results.
