Becki Newton seems to have perfected the look of the "cat-that-ate-the-canary" with her character Amanda on Ugly Betty.  Unfortunately, it really loses its effect when it's the only expression the character has.

She's the inverse of Betty.  We get it.  At least Emily Blunt got to develop beyond a biotch in The Devil Wears Prada.
