The new episode of Neurotically Yours (AKA FOAMY), Tech Support III, reminds me of all the reasons why I HATE calling in to Tech Support!  Then again, I am a Tech, so I don't usually need to call Tech Support, I just do the good old Trial - and - Error method of finding if I can fix it...  mwahahahaha.
