Got around to playing Kotor II

I'm a huge fan of the first Knights of the Old Republic. I've done a playthrough three times. I've also gotten into the Old Republic multiplayer, though that is on hold until my multiplayer buddy gets his computer fixed. I've always wanted to play Kotor II even if I dislike some of their choices when handling Revan. It's been a game I've had my eye on for years. And after the Steam sale, I got it for as little as three dollars. It's worth so much more than that. I'm having a ton of fun and have already poured at least forty hours into it. It's storyline is a bit blander than Kotor I, but also feels darker and some fantastic features have been added to the gameplay.

Leaving Tv.com

It's funny really. This is the exact date that I first joined this site and this is the day that I'll be leaving.

My reasons? First off, is mainly because the forums are dead, Avatar is over, and it just feels like it's time to move on. I stilll watch Avatar of course. I will never forget the hours of fun I had on the forums with my fellow members. Unfortunately, everyone I knew is pretty much gone or has moved on. Now I think it's time for me to move on as well.

I'll visit my remaining friends blogs now and then and the site of course. I just won't be a part of it anymore. I'll never forget the two years I spent conversing with my fellow fans. But now I must say goodbye. -4NationFury

I will keep in contact on my Deviant Art blog:

New Years

Happy 2009 Everyone!

It's been quite sometime since I posted a blog, I know. Things on this site have been a little slow and I've been preoccupied.

I hope you all had a great Christmas. Mine was awesome. My family really doted on me and my siblings. I got a new computer game, an iPod nano, and a PS3! I currently have Prince of Persia and Lego Indiana Jones for it. It was a surprise, I never expected to have a console, least of all such a new one. 'twas awesome.

Aside from video games, I've been watching more and more anime and writing and drawing my own comics.

I've also begun writing my new Avatar story: Avatar - Exiles

Avatar fans in games

Hey guys. I just wanted to share an interesting story. I don't know if any of you are into online multiplayers, especially a popular one known as Guild Wars. Its sort of the alternative to World of Warcraft, the only big difference being it doesn't have monthly fees and you play exclusively as humans. (At least until Guild Wars 2)

Here's the cool part. I joined a guild (A GW club) called: Academy of Enraging Knights [ARK]. I was playing when my Guild chat sparked a conversation about Avatar. It was cool, cause I joined in and everyone started speaking about it. We spoke a lot about the finale and how it was our favorite show. A lot of people joined in. Pretty awesome overall.

Another interesting bit of information. Apparently, they are making another FMA (Full Metal Alchemist anime) series April of next year. It will be more cannon with the Manga. I don't know if this is a good or bad thing. I absolutely love the Anime but the Manga is great too. The fact that the Anime went in a different direction is fine by me. The show had the best storyline ever and I liked the American dub more then the sub! Anyways, I just hope they do a good job with it even though it seems a bit soon for a remake.

Tv.com's redesign

So what do you guys think about the new look? Do you like it or hate it? No real preference? I personally, and I don't want to sound bias, but I hate it. I like how it was done on Gamespot, but everything looks to clean and robotic here. I can't view as many of my friends blogs on my profile page and its sorts my reviews by show reviews instead of by the latest. My user tab on the right corner has been shrunk and I lost all the options with the posting toolbar. I really miss the old look, and I hope they revert back or come up with something better.

I can't wait for next week's Naruto Shippuuden. If you didn't know, its the climatic fight with Leaf Ninja vs. two Akatsuki. I've also seen Speed Racer. That was pretty fun and flashy. Well, that's all for now. Later.

Update: If you guys want to write a new blog, do it on Gamespot or one of CNet's sites. So far, the many bugs with the new web design has made it impossible for me to post a blog on Tv.com.

It's time!

Hmm, been awhile since I wrote one of these.

As you all know, tonight is the finale of our favorite show: Avatar the Last Airbender. Make sure you all tune in. I don't care what people who read Sozin's Comet say, I know I'm going to love it. Avatar has yet to let me down.

I watched Southern Raiders and Ember Island Players. Both were good, though I really loved the latter. Maybe it's Toph loving her stage character and Sokka doing what he does best.

I've been getting deeper into Naruto Shippuuden and the Manga. Yes, I've become a Manga addict.

And I've pay-per-viewed a few movies like the Golden Compass, 10,000 bc and Jumper. I don't see what the big uproar was about the Golden Compass, it didn't offend me at all and I kinda liked it. 10,000 bc was not a 1 star movie. It was a decent flick though somewhat forgettable. Jumper was my fav though. Besides being rushed, I really enjoyed it. Hadyen Christensen was actually pretty good in it and all the jumping scenes were awesome.

So there, its been an interesting month. Oh yeah, and I turn 16 in a week. Later.

Happy Memorial Day!

Anywho, I hope you guys and gals have a great one yourself. The other day, my older brother who I haven't seen in at least ten years visited along with his wife and kids. Today, they along with my entire family will be heading out to the local marine zoo. It's really cool, you get to view some great exhibits and even pet a shark. It's tame and it's awesome.

I've finally finished the last of my story: Avatar the Last Airbender: Trial by Fire . You can view it all on Deviant Art. Please click the link if you're interested.

I've also purchased Volume 3 of Avatar. I just had to see the Boiling Rock, and I wasn't going to ruin it on internet quality. I'm glad I waited for the DVD. Because it was everything I expected and more.

Feel free to comment. Seriously.

Major updates

It's been several months since I last made a blog post, do to the fact I've been busy doing nothing-- I mean, been occupied with other projects. A little of both actually. It had to do with the fact that for awhile the forums weren't that interesting to post on, but since the KCA, my AWS has once again sparked.8)

Now, I still haven't seen the Boiling Rock. That's right, I'm waiting for the DVD. Speaking of which, I just bought my first bit of Avatar merchandise! I finally feel like an official fan. I got Volume 1. of Season 3 on DVD the other day. It feels pretty awesome to own it.

Since Avatar's hiatus, I've been getting a little deeper into anime-- a place I once thought I would never tread. Thankfully, two great shows: Naruto and FMA have eased the pain of Avatar's excruciatingly long hiatus. And trust me, I now know for a fact that they are both excellent.

Lastly, my fan fiction Avatar: Trial by Fire is nearly complete. Read it here on Deviant Art.
