the jabra b125 which is the one released w/ warhawk and probably socom confrontation is their "official" headset. its the cheapest and most efficient, i mean tehy wouldnt release it with their retail game if it was crap

I talked to a few friends online and asked them how they went about choosing the right headset for them, to my surprise the decisions they mad were all revolving around "luck of the draw". I asked how could this be when so many people who uses, for example the "Jabra BT125", "Plantronics Explorer 320" and the "Motorola H500" all seem to be great picks and have great reviews from there users.

Why not choose one of those headsets I thought? and unfortunately I chose the "Motorola H500" and IT STINKS! well at least for me. Everyone on Resistance Fall of man tells me my voice sounds choppy and distorted and almost every map I have to re-sync the headset. To top it off it lags if not freezes my PS3 and it makes me completely shut it down if I want to re-sync the headset. My Ps3 controller goes nuts and does not work unless I have the USB adaptor connected to it and well basically, this tiny little headset has sent me into the bowls of gamers hell.

I want to know what I'm doing wrong? I use WiFi not Ethernet when I play my Ps3 online, maybe thats the problem. I don't know, all I know is, I'm considering buying either a new bluetooth headset or a wired usb headset. Maybe, the socom headset! I know Warhawk will come with the Jabra BT125, but some online sources "excluding stores that sell them of course." say it's not that reliable nor is Plantronics or madcats.

Please share your stories with me, and how or if you fixed the problem, let me know how you synced your Motorola H500 or other headsets. please help!
