So this is the NEW Slipknot album; All hope is Gone.

After hearing the single; Pyschosocial you'd expect that this album would

contain all the typical Slipknot riffs and breakdowns as before, right?

Wrong.

This time they have stepped up into an Experimental (like the Deftones; check Gehenna) /Thrash Genre and out of the Nu-Metal genre that we all know and love.

I for one as a very long time fan of the band, i admit that i am biased.

I support and love whatever those dudes come up with, because they have my respect.

I've been browsing through a few topics now and i've realised how much this website is dominated by a fanbase of 360 owners or fanboys if you may. Across most topics people with different opinions displaying a form of constructive critism are **** at and given 'Thumbs down' . Also for certain games like Gears of war 2 for example you will get such retarded comments as

'this game will blow mgs4 out of the water' (2 thumbs up)

'ps3 sucks soo who cares 360 owns ps3 all the way 360 has better online, games, gameplay, graphics and has soo much more games and wii dont make start there if u have xbox live contact me im COMMANDERCOOL50 i dont have gold but i can help u on most games by private chat.'

• Firstly think before you write and get your facts correct
• How can you say one game is better than the other just by watching 1 trailer from each, when the game is not even out yet?
• Thirdly stop cross-comparing different genres of games, it just doesn't work; GoW2 is a fast paced 3rd person shooter, MGS4 is a stealth action shooter.
• Also you are not Bill gates or his Marketing team, whether you buy a 360 or PS3 i'm sure you have a good reason for doing so but that is absolutely no reason for slagging off the other consoles/games with poor justifcation or grammar.

To clear this up, look at the 360 Practically all its best games are shooters. So if you're into that kind of thing get one;

e.g. Bioshock, Halo 3, Gears of war 2,Cod4,Mass Effect (all some sort of shooters)

The PS3 on the otherhand has its best titles balanced over different genres;

e.g. FF13 (RPG), MGS4 (Stealth shooter),GT5 (racing),Tekken 6 (Beat-em-up),

3 Things i hate about 3 Consoles;

PS3

1. The interactivity and communication is terrible, hopefully Home will improve it and maybe a touch of instant messenger

2. The tilt function in the controllers seems forced into games, games need to properly incorporate the tilt feature and not make it seperate or a chore to use.

3. Its so damn shiny and gets fingerprints all over it,

360

1. Microsoft what you've done is dilute all the features of the 360 to make it apparently cheaper. No, just no.

2. Practically all the games on 360 are all shooters? come on Halo, Gears of war,Bioshock,Mass Effect..I'd like to see better RPGs,Beatem-ups,Racing games.

3.I really don't like the controllers, yes they are less chunky than the old ones but it still feels bulky.

1. The games really dont appeal to me, maybe some voice acting might help and a storyline which isn't repeated over and over throughout the series Eh mario/link ?

2. Graphics which are probably worse than PS2's? considering this is a 3rd Gen console.
