They don't use up your monthly downloads, don't have to download them. For some people it doesn't matter, for others who have limited downloads it does.
Payment is made 'irl'. Some people may feel more secure/comfortable paying irl than online.
Too Human got pretty average/bad reviews. Force Unleashed could be good. Might want to look at pre-ordering GoW2 and Left 4 Dead, if possible. Other than that, can't think of too many more exciting releases this year. If you're into PC games, Spore is out this week!
