Plenty of fantastic choices for best games of 2023 but Final Fantasy 16 doesn't deserve a spot here.

Nintendo had a fantastic Nintendo Direct this week. Super Mario RPG, Star Ocean 2 Remakes, seriously it was a great Direct.

Yeah, I say it is better than FFXV but I wouldn't give this a 9 really.

Oh well, good thing I'm skipping Overwatch 2 and would rather go back to Paladins and also play Gundam Evolution instead.

You know the game hasn't aged all that well when you look at the fact that this is nothing more than a lazy port using the PS2 updated version which had technical limitations and this remaster does not do much to improve it.

Gameplay is still fine for a Tales of game especially the battle system which is still fun, side quests aren't too hard to track if you remember doing them on the Nintendo Gamecube original.

All this is just a lazy port that is just quickly thrown together.

The battle of license issues is over.

Goldeneye 007 is coming to both the Nintendo Switch and Xbox.
