Can't think of anything personally. Try pushing the wheel in and wiggling it about. Or buy a half decent mouse =].

I misread your question completely. My bad, You did not want a 24" at all. My apologies.

I see no reason why a GTS 250 cannot push a 22" monitor smoothly on most new games.

Don't get a 19" =].

It's small and boring. I have a 22" being pushed by my GTX 260 and it handles beautifully. But in theory from my knowledge , the smaller the monitor the better graphics you should be getting dependent on the resolution. However when I was looking I was advised not to get a 22" at 1920 x 1080 as it is not the best number of pixels for that screen size. If you want that resolution, the best option would be a 24".

I may be wrong, However that is my personal opinion =].

If you wanted to be sure, You could always look at the power requirements for each component you wish to use and add 20% to be safe.

Just remember, a cheap PSU can seriously damage other components if it decides to blow up. Always use a trusted brand.

Depends on your budget, Wireless mice have a reputation to be terrible. I have owned seeral and always got lag, and obviously the recharging issue. If you really have the money, Then maybe the new Razer wireless mouse is for you. I personally own a Razer Copperhead. Never had a problem, 200Dpi, Has won loads of awards. However, Brand wise, Logitech in my opinion, their mice just do not cut it. Razer mice are top class and quality. Mine has a perfect weight for my hand, Everyone is different. I suppose like any mouse, It depends on you. Every one has a different hand and comfort levels. I have never been let down by my Razer personally, looked at reviews of several others but in the end was a clear winner in my £40 budget at the time. Personally, I'm anti wireless as have only ever had grief, and also anti Logotech mice as one of those 3 was a Logitech mouse and in my opinion by far the worst. Have a look around, At the top brands, Maybe even Logitech, If you still believe they are quality, Would say top for mice has to be Razer. By far the Copperhead was and still is one of the best availablr, but Razer have made far better and have maintaned their reputation. Razer are gaming mice through and through. Logitech also cater for a multimedia and standard market, whilst Razer are devoted to gaming.
