I have been hearing a lot about all these good games coming out right now. The most interesting one to me is Borderlands. I really want to get the game and play it and have fun with it but I don't think that I can truly give the game the time it deserves with MW2 and L4D2 coming out within the next 3 weeks. I will be spending my time prestiging and running through Louisiana the game will sit on my floor with the other games that rarely see play time but yet it would cost me 60 dollars to buy and it's best played with other people. What I am trying to say is......I think the release date of Borderlands could have been more strategically placed to sell more copies. It should have been released at about the same time as Batman giving it more time before the super release of MW2. I know that ODST came out a couple weeks after Batman but everyone has proved that the game has a very short campaign and I feel that if a good game like Borderlands had been around before it that maybe it would have taken some people from playing the Firefight to get new weapons in Borderlands. Just my thought. On another note closer to Christmas would have helped to making it be one of those games that people ask for from the ones we love. Nothing like getting a gift of digitally shooting people around the holiday season
