My favorite has always been Xenogears. Still haven't finished it though.

Also FF6,FF7, FF9, BoF3, Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross,and FF Tactics are up there too. I haven't seen anything yet this generation that comes close.

My favorite RPG of all time. great characters / story / battle system. everything is just right in this game.

anyone whos played an MMO knows an hour is just not enough time to do anything. You could walk around town finding armor for an hour easily.

^Only if you dont revive them right away they disappear. If they are dead for too long thats when they go, but it doesnt take long. Im pretty sure thats how it goes.

I love Demons souls and im not really a fan of 13. But In all fairness, Demons souls is not really an RPG. Its more on an action dungeon crawler... Though now that I think of it.. 13 isnt much of an RPG either.
