Games like Ninja Gaiden Sigma and Lair are worth the extra price. Not to mention FF13 and MGS4.

So apparantly, according to a poster on NeoGaf, this months Game Informer has a 2 page spread on this new 360. Details are:

If true then I'll be buying this instead of a PS3. The only question I have is this is the April issue of Game Informer. Game mags and websites tend to have April Fools Jokes.....so this could be a big joke. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I usually love listening to the HotSpot. Yesterday I download the new show excited to hear about what the crew thinks about the newly announced PS Home. What I heard was not what I expected. Three out of the four people there basically called the idea dumb, not having anything to do with games, and a Second Life rip-off. While the service does have parallels to Second Life it is hardly exactly the same thing.

First off thinking it will have a lot to do with games. As Harrison said during his keynote, it is a great place for clan members to get together. Voice chat throughout the world will be great. Another complaint they had was that you would have to walk everywhere. While maybe to get to the movie theater or other places you would go, yeah you'll walk. They brought up why would you walk to someones house and look at their trophies when on the 360 you can just pull up the gamercard an look at the numbers. Do you really think there won't be an option like this? Maybe you could go to a friend on your Friends List in the XMB and select the "See Trophy Room" option. Then you get sent into the Home service straight to the room to look at it instead of walking everywhere like they seem to think.

Rich then says things like "Oh this service won't attract people outside of the little Second Life group." Really? I'm pretty sure that I've seen a huge amount of people really like this service. Maybe take a look at your forums once in a while to see that most people, Sony fans or not, think the idea is awosme and has urged them more into buying a PS3. I wonder how could Rich like the Miis that don't do a single damn thing on the console. You can watch them walk around and soon vote on which ones are cool. You can't have them interact with each other, or do anything useful. After all this I expected we wouldn't hear anything about LittleBigPlanet, which besides Home, made some of the biggest news at the show. Also look at your forums and see that almost everyone was hugely impressed by this game and further urged them into buying a PS3. Not to mention it has better graphics than every single Wii game.

Phil said that the Killzone footage was to show off the TECHNOLOGY of things you could do witht he PS Edge. It was NOT to actuallt show off the game. So of course it isn't going to live up to that trailer when they're not even showing the game, but the technology. When you have PC guy Ocampo comparing every game to Crysis of course it's not going to look amazing. So how about reserving your opinion on the game until it is properly shown at E3. You know, when they're actually showing the game and not the tech.

Damn, what a great game. It's great that a game that got so much negative press before anybody even played it turned out to be so great. Jack Thompson should be mad to know that after i finished it I didn't become a sociopath who goes around my high school with a slingshot shooting people. Sorry I couldn't help your case Jack.
