There should be free trials of both.

But out of the two, i'd pick WoW. FFXI felt more like work than an actual game.

Afaik there aren't any free trials of FFXI BUT you can buy it for peanuts and run out the first month...

WoW is very pretty and easy plus there are loads of active players - sometimes casuing queues for servers. FFXI is dated and hard but has a lot of rewards for achieving various mission / quest lines. There are still loads of active players.

Both are good games in their own ways.

Yes iirc it is true but it is also tres expensive whereas teh 4GB chip is about £35 atm :)

No offense but seeing as how immensely popular teh Wii has become I can't see them doing a GCTwo type thing. The next machine will be an upgraded Wii + Better GFX I expect. I know what you mean tho, it woul dbe kind of cool as the GC was a sweet unit but the reality alwasy comes down teo £ and $ signs...sry :(

I bought the game the game used, and I was able to download the beta.  The beta ends June 10th. It's not worth it just to buy it for the beta when there's only 10 days left.DoomHawk92

He's a got a point btw :( Besides it's not a pass you need you jsut need the disc to play it...you have to dl and play it via the ingame dl'ble content menu. I got shot of my copy b4 the beta ended as it ain't gonna be worth squat after that ends.

I don't do Folding@home that much tbh :( I soemtiems leave it on when watchinga film on Sky tv but that's about it really. It;s a worthy cause and everything but it seems a waste of power and money :(

You chuck explosives at them or light cannons etc.
