I find that getting alot of games in the UK and Europe is very difficult. We tend to miss out on the big games in Japan and we usually get games much later than other countries. I've heard Australia is worse but the thing is, why does it take so long for us to get games and why do we not even get some games at all. There are some games released in Japan that get to America and not to Europe, alot of RPGs are in this category, as an RPG fan, this isn't great news for me. Also we tend to get games so far apart from other countries, online games are worse then because we can't match the skill other people have gained during their practise when we haven't had it.
There are exceptions to this rule, as far as I know we got Mario Kart DS first and America doesn't even have Another Code: R on Wii but I guess what I'm really saying is I think all gamers deserve equal oppurtunity to play games. We should all be able to play the same games as everyone else. Europe, America, Japan, Australia and everywhere else should all get games released on the same day, I know that would extend production time for some countries but at least it is fair. I also believe that country exclusives are extremely unfair, I'm sure there are just as many Americans that want to play Another Code: R than there are English and Japanese so the same goes for every other game released, especially the big ones that are Japan only.
I suppose it won't ever change but I'd just like some great games without having to go over to america, buy a seperate american console and an american game when all I want to do is play Tatsunoku vs Capcom or something.
