Well really i don't think games are the issue. Someone already commented about having urges after playing things like Resident evil 4 and such, but violence in games as all the parents like to attack at. Well seriously what about movies you know? I know movies that have more violence and gore than 5 violent games put together. Movies are just obviously more realistic(some :P) games don't even really come close to the realism that movies do.

I heard on the news a little while back they were doing some report on people who play violent video games are less affected by death or shootings. Now maybe it's just me but thats a total load of rubbish, but yeah i don't know about you guys but i've been affected a lot more over a movie than a game. Sure maybe not everyone has mushroom jumping urges heh, but still, we see something in a game and it looks cool so we think about doing it but for the crazy ones who carry out things like the GTA type stuff, i think they were probably mentally unstable to begin with. But no games don't affect me ^^
