Apparently its not my TV thats the problem, I figured this out because I went out and bought a new VGA cable and still got the same issue. So actually I guess either its the TV, or my 360 has decided that sending the visual through the cable isn't worth the trouble. Needless to say I'm extremely pissed off right now.
