Ammu-nation seems to have changed its lettering for a while around 1998. Portland: Saint Marks

L-Train track, Bobcat, PCJ-600 and a crane that wasn't there in LCS. 
No hanging banners in GTA3. Portland: Callahan Point and Atlantic Quays
