I think my 360 premium has broken or is about to :( , because the the colors on my screen gets weird after a few minutes, and when i restart it there is no picture or sound. No RROD or overheats so far. So...

Should i send it in for repair (90$) or buy an elite? (About 346$) I want the HDMI most but can i transfer my data from my 20GB HDD to the elites 120GB.

is it good for gaming? it costs about 650-700$ in my country, i have a 360. feel free to give recommedations on other TVs if this one is a bad choice:D
