2, hands down; the story beginning from the execution of his father & brothers all the way up to the epic revelation in the vault. Also, Ezio being a ladies man, handsome, and was a more compelling character than Altair & Connor. Brotherhood was an expansion of 2, for me 3 had an epic story; having that Pocahontas feel of starting in London & sailing to America for a new beginning, seeing inside Indian culture, and the epic series of battles & events...but overall, was one of those types of games (and protagonists) where you either loved it, or hated it. But Connor was hott! 1 was new & fresh for it's time, and exploring in the land of the Bible and how the religious leaders were actually atheist (obviously) and using the Crusades not for God or Jesus, but for themselves...although Altair was arrogant and overconfident (from his Gnostic atheism to his superiority complex), he was badass. Revelations; the climatic ending, Altair's flashbacks, and the Ottoman conspiracy were the only elements that did it for me...OH and especially "Desmond's journey"
IMHO Altair: Always-serious (but manages to be a badass about it), arrogant (when it comes to his superiority complex), and overconfidence over wisdom (when reflecting on his gnostic atheism). But baddass, nonetheless. Ezio: Ladies man (one of the best qualities of any character), charismatic (in his youth, up to even middle-aged), and hott (of course when the hood is off lol). We know about him the most though. Connor: Sense of justice (fighting not because he had no choice in the matter, like Altair; or because of his driving quest for revenge before caring about the people, like Ezio), courage (non-hesitant to protect the people & fight their oppressors), also hott (omg). There's still alot left of his life we have yet to see, I can't wait ^^
