I whas just looking at the forums of CoH;OF

and there whas a topic about melee combat, he said it would be more realistic that they would get hand too hand then fight 2 feat away from each other.

but, in real life you dont come even as close as 2 feat, you kill each other atleast 200 meters away

and whats up with the "realism" of CoD ?

you don't storm an MG, you would be too scared too do so.

most of the time you would lay down in some kind of hole and pray you wouldnt get hit my either screpnail(sp) or bullets

and now becouse of games all these kids think war is fun, and join the army under the cover of "fighting for your country".

althrough I dont have war experience myself ( thank god) my dad has

he has been in the first gulf war, and has seen things you do not want too see.......

Games has NOTHING  too do with war, and war should not be underastemated(sp) my dad has therapy becouse he had shell-shock. even after 16 year he doesnt want too talk what happend too him in Iraq

Pika Vista runs all games slower right now, Mic check your processes mainly any IEuser/Firefox processes that often will stay up after you close them and eat up huge chunks of your performance, this happened to me the other day. Maybe you have viruses or spyware or something as well, if you goto GPGNET everyone other then super high end users are reporting Huge gains.SirWrinkles

I noticed no difference between gaming on vista and xp.My vista desktop also runs faster than xp did.

Reasons why I like it:

It's fast for me (Really fast)

I love not seeing all the background loading

I don't think it looks like macintrash at all

Love the 3d desktop

Never crashed for me

No security leeks so far

I love the new interface (as stated above)

You can very easily change the sleep button to an off button. (Very simple)

Innovative? DirectX10 by itself is innovative enough

Love that they give you options this time. Not like xp and xp pro. (2)

It does take more Ram. Just buy more. (Easy)

Never need to use the recall on my vista

Works with all my hardware. Much better than xp.

DVD maker? I don't use it anyway, I play games.

Everything works on mac that is designed for mac. Vista is Brand new. And with all Brand new OS's they need time to work thier way in. Just because people try to install Vista on thier systems with 64MB of RAM and thier 800 Mhz CPU doesn't make it bad. It makes thier system bad. If you want to upgrade, then upgrade your system. If you don't then stay in xp, or if you don't want to play games and have many programs available to you then stay with Mac.

Uhh a single core 3ghz is crap. It's old.  Most of the petium 4 line was crap.
