it says its reading it then goes to Open tray

yeah so i just got it last sunday and i was playing Dead Rising the first game i got. then two days ago i got Rainbow 6 Vegas and it wouldnt read it, then i put Dead rising and it wouldnt read that either? What the **** is up?
