if you really really want to which i really wouldnt suggest so,is to change your graphic card to the 8600gt or 7600gt agp...and change your processor to maybe a p4 3.2 or 3.0 ghz and upgrade your ram to 1gb or 2gb....its costly...but the other altenative is to get another computer like a core 2 duo with 2gb ram and maybe a 9600gt or something which is abit costly but worth the money...uchihataru

I think I will just wait untill after xmas and get a new PC, afterall it's not that far now and I will be able to get a high-end PC or laptop then.

Thanks for your help.

AGP limits your video card choices by a lot really. I suggest you upgrade the RAM, vid card, mobo (to actually be compatible with newer components). A better processor in the future.-kaz3-

Yes AGP is old now, but I built my PC a few years ago now.

I think I will just wait untill after xmas and get a new PC, afterall it's not that far now.

Thanks for your help.

Firstly 'strider_ATI' I like the game and was a beta tester for the game so just because you don't like it, it does not mean everyone else does. Secondly I can't return it as brought it as digital download from EA. Thirdly, I have AGP so an upgrade is easy to do. OK PCIe is better but just before xmas I can't afford a new Motherboard.

Hello All,

I have just brought C&C: Red Alert 3 from EA's online store and after waiting 7hrs for it to download I have found my system won't run it

Here is my PC spec's (It's quite old):-

OS:                            MS Windows XP Home (SP3)
Graphics Card:             Radeon 9250 AGP with 256MB
Motherboard:               Asrock K7VT2
System Manufacturer:   VIA
Processor:                   AMD Athlon XP 2400+ 2.00GHz
Memory:                     512MB
DirectX Version:           DirectX 9.0c

I know I need to upgrade my RAM, which I am planning on getting 2GB DDR.

Any help with what I need to upgrade and suggestions on what to get would be very greatfull.

Thankyou Very Much,

AlmoHunt.

It's OK, I am back to normal again, there must have been some little glitch somewhere.

EDIT: It's still saying Level 1 on the left though ????

I have found that my user level as been reset to Level 0 (0%) and it says I joined today, but have been a member for ages.

Has anyone else got this trouble? And do you know who I should contact about this?

Thanks for your help in advance.
