CP had a lot of bad reviews at launch. That's no longer true, especially with the expansion. Check the Steam reviews, if nothing else.

Very tough, unless you are willing to let some of your requirements go. Playing without a launcher with everything moving towards digital release is getting harder every year.

In any case, try Elex. It's on GoG and seems to meat most of your criteria.

@ahawkua: If you are talking about carrying it around, sure. But, you need to be careful you don't bang it around too much. Google 'XBox One Carrying Case'. These help keep your system secure when moving.
