MWAHAHA!!!! the banner is up, and for all to see!

so i got my banner (which looks figin awsome) but now there is a problem. I don't know how to put it up... i've tried everything! well i guess not everything because it would be up, so... I"VE TRIED almost EVERYTHING! so if any one could help me with this topic it would be greatly apprectiated! thanks :? :D

All I want to know is how the heck do i get a banner around here! my profile is ssooooo boring it would be cool cool to have one!:D
