if u want a cheaper xbox then u can try some sales or can even ask from some1 who lives in other country....bcz sumtymes due to import-xport ,prices of a console may increase.......
this is 2 evryone who participated in this debate......... i dont thinnk they'l make it more cheaper.....but yess after 1-2 yrs they'l think of it.As rumors say,microsoft is thinking ov xbox 720..if its tru then definitely it will go cheaper......
i bought it in october 2007 (slim)....and till now its working properly after entertaining me for hours n hours,day n night...i already hav xbox but seriously i like ps2 more....
Didn't sony say at this years E3 that more people are playing PS2 than the PS3? PS2 could be around longer than 10 years. Games might stopped being made for the system but does it really need more? It has 2000 games on it. Do you really need more?
yeah...fully tru....i think in india, xbox was released back in 2004-05 n piracy ov xbox games started after only 2 months of the release,isnt it amazin :o
In Thailand, people still buy Ps2s. We CAN get Ps3s and "this" gen consoles but they are very expensive. Ps2 is still selling by the truckload over here, and games (mostly pirated ones, originals are HARD to come by. Can you imagine that scenario?) too.
Only the rich hi-so kids get Ps3 or Xbox360 here. The same goes for many of the South East Asian countries like Laos and Malaysia.

same here in India.....people r still buyin Ps2's...coz they r cheap, handy n hav 1000's of classy games..ps3's r not worth 2 buy here...and as for pirate cd's,,,,piracy rokz.....the disks which originally come for abt 10,15,20 $....here they come for almost 1$ only :)
