For me, this game is a 9. It fixed almost all of the issues I had with the first game. My only real gripe is that the interact/talk button is also the button you change your tools with. With whats his face always following you around, it is impossible not to "talk" to him when you are trying to switch tools.
I would rather be charged up front instead of having to deal with micro transactions. I don't consider anything that relies on microtransactions to be a game. Those "games" all feel the same because they are completely built around the MT system and the devs don't have much in the way of creative freedom.
