For people who have lost some emblems (I have lost 3.. or maybe more, not sure) it's just a glitch, so don't be panicing or trying to fix it, they will come back some time, maybe tomorrow or two days from now, not sure, but do not try to fix it

Also, my goal has been acheived, I got the Xbox 360, it came with GRAW, Saint's row, and all the Xbox live equipment. I ordered a Dead rising skin for it, should be here in 2 weeks.
