Apparently, the genre of tower defense games may no longer be called that, and all games with those words in their titles may have to change. The developer of the game "Tower Defense" is now attempting to trademark the title.

I'm going to say "ouch" for...well, the 80% of iPhone game developers that make tower defense-style games.
