Never cheated. It ruins the game for everyone. Also what's the point from a player's perspective? I can understand if you play a single player game it doesn't impact others but on mp is absurd? Be immortal? Get points for killing more in FPS? That's not skill, it's a piece of software doing your job. If people want more gold/money/equipment without spending time then allow buying them from the main game. Keep it legal and run by the game's company, adding some limits. WoW's pay to max level is a good example of how giving people the choice while not impacting other players' experience.
@lindallison @Anigmar Do you get to walk around? I've read also (not here, of course) that you can choose to pick / not pick up some items. How does that work? Does it affect the story progression? Can I skip conversations once I've heard them before? No, there's a bit more to talk about. 12 paragraphs of review and only 6 lines of gameplay explanations.
The review focuses way too much on telling us the story but makes very little to talk about the game itself. Technical quality, controls... The reviewer is obviously a passionate fan of the books/shows, which is great to spot inconsistencies with the story, but gets carried away by that and forgets this is a game review. Less spoilers and more actual gameplay details, please.
Nothing new here if you've already watched their stream. I still feel the combat is too arcadey, but they chose this style again even after DA2. I think the game has some qualities and whether these will be enough or not to start Bioware's road to redemption is yet to be seen. Kevin seemed quite uncertain, though, like he was trying to be hopeful but unsure about it.
Well since GS is deleting the links I post to the whole video just go to Bioware's twitch channel and find the video for yourself. Great job of moderating, GS.
