Did u know?
Rain Rarity
Rain can bring amazing things to Animal Crossing. It is no exception with fish. On a rainy day, try hooking the rare coelacanth in the ocean.
Out-of-Town Errands
You love your buds abroad. They're great. And you'd love to run errands for them. But hey, sometimes you just don't have the means to travel.
"So, I was supposed to give Olivia her Mario Bros. game that Kiki borrowed," says an uber-relaxed Bob. "But Olivia lived in SneeksVille and I lived in BoomTown and I couldn't get to Kiki's hood."
Since the memory card to Kiki's Animal Crossing town wasn't available, Bob headed to familiar territory.
"The wishing well. Pthhpth. It's a life saver," says Bob. "I said I was sorry but I couldn't run that errand for Olivia."
Forgiven from the errand, Bob was able to go back to his window and loll in the sun.
Char-roiled
Every fall, the rare large char swims underneath the waterfall. With a little bit of skill and a lot of patience, the large char can be yours.
Digging in the Dirt
You don't have to get your hands dirty to make money in Animal Crossing, where wealth comes with the mere pitch of a shovel.
"I carry my shovel with me everywhere, ten-hut!" says Camofrog. "And when I see those little star marks in the ground and those shinin' shafts of light, I don't rest until I've unearthed the treasure they're hiding."
Though Camofrog is happy enough unearthing a fossil or a gyroid—both of which he usually sells to Nook—it's the unadulterated bags of bells he's after.
"Money makes my world go around, ten-hut!" blurts Camofrog. "Usually I just pull 1,000 bells. But once I found 30,000 bells and took the rest of the day off, ten-hut!"
