I just bought the retail version of World in Conflict-Soviet Assault, and I am wondering how good the game sold.I know it's a PC exclusive(for now at least) and I always suport PC only games. Were Ubisoft satisfied with the sales?I hope the game sold well...

Well if you have a VCR or Receiver with A/V input, then you can plug the PS3 into that, then connect the VCR/Receiver to the TV.

Yes,I have a receiver with A/V,so it means I can connect my PS3 there.

You mean those in front of TV?

My TV doesn't have any,and my parent's TV has Audio and Video ones.

Isn't there any way to just connect it like the cable thru a special device or something?

Fortunatly,CRT TV's with those inputs are cheap nowadays,so i guess i could buy one, just that i planned to buy my PS3 next week,so if i don't find another way, then i won't be able to use it for a while.

I want to buy a PS3,and i am short on money,so i can't afford an HD display.I know that games look worse on CRT,but I don't really care. What I want to know is if my PS3 will work on my Sanyo. My parents have a bigger CRT,so i can set it there in case of emergency, but i want to know if PS3 will run on mySanyo.

[QUOTE="Saturos3091"]

lack of LAN support

QUOTE]

I can bet your ass that Lan suport will be included at some time(mayne not at launch date, but later). They are not that stupid to give away all those competitions in South Coreea. Those guys are crazy about Starcraft.

I personally loved the original Starcraft and C&C games starting from Tiberian Sun,which is the first i played(i am only 18 and I was a kiddie back then :D)

and the only companies that should worry about piracy are ones that make crappy games.

amke a good game and while it may be pirated it will also sell

washd123

You are right about that. The Orange Box sold really well on the PC,and even the demanding crysis sold over a milion copies(although the guys behind Crysis weren't happy).

Aren't they afraid of piracy? The other two C&C salled a lot of copies on the consoles.EA will definetly win a lot more money releasing it multiplatform.

Why do you think they want to keep it exclusive(at least for now)?

Yeah,I have 3000$,not 300$.I've been thinking, and I think I will go with both. But I can do that only if I don't buy an HDTV.Can I buy an LCD monitor and then hook up my PS3 at it? I have made some calculations and and I divided my money like that: ~ 600$ for a PS3 with HDD 80 GB ~ 400$ for PS3 games. ~370$ for a Samsung T260HD Touch of Color 26" LCD Monitor This means that I am left with ~1630$ Can someone tell me what could I buy with this money for PC? This is my current system: Nvidia geforce 7900 GTS Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.4 Ghz 2 GB of RAM HDD 80 GB(don't even dare to say it,I KNOW) I also need to replace my power source and probably the motherboard.
