Anyone here have roadrunner internet in New York and has slow speeds. Recently I went form DSL which gave me a 3mb down speed to Roadrunner. I was hoping to get the 8mb as it had said but I'm only getting around 1.5-2.mb down speed. The only time I have been getting 8mb download speed is early in the morning. But the rest of the day, I get speeds slower than DSL. Anyone here have this problem?
