You graphics card isn't gonna do well with that game at all. Try the demo, but I can't imagine you getting more than 30 FPS at medium with a decent resolution.

This is the dumbest thread in the history of the internet. You're trying to tell me that FEAR looks better than FEAR 2.
Oh...

god.

Actually, it's been proven that F.E.A.R. 2 for PC lacks the dynamic shadows and lighting that F.E.A.R. 1 had. From an artisitic viewpoint, it comes down to opinion, but from a technical standpoint, F.E.A.R. 2, for whatever reason, is lacking features that were present in F.E.A.R. 1. There's a video up on youtube showcasing these differences, I'm just to lazy to find it.
First and foremost, if you haven't tried EV: Override, I'd get one the conversion mods from Nova to Override. There's some pretty good graphics mods out there that give Override some pretty good graphics. It's not as huge and sprawling as Nova, but it's definitely quality content from the same makes of Nova.

My biggest problem with F.E.A.R. 2 is the combat. F.E.A.R. 1 had, and still has in my opinion, the most visceral, in your face, adrenaline running, combat sequences of any first person shooter. F.E.A.R. 2 slowed down the pace tremendously which really sucked a lot of life from the combat. The weapons are undeniably less satisfying, remember the F.E.A.R. 1 Shotgun anyone? Lack of lean is lame as well. Like that one review posted above mentioned, there's a bunch of minor things that were added or removed from F.E.A.R. 2 that add up and really make this an unworthy sequel to F.E.A.R. 1.
