I thought I should put in a place holder for the info about Amedeo's new game, so I don't forget that this is what I want to write about next.
The info is from "Amedeo Official Book 2007." It's part of Amedeo's Variety Set. There's only 5 pages, which are mostly character sketches. There isn't a working title or anything. The heading of the section is "New Work," followed by, "The next game will be a school romance story with a bit of history in it...please look forward to a heavy, dramatic Amedeo!" The art is by Souichirou Ijyuuin, as usual *hearts* In the Staff Comments section, Yurie mentions that it hasn't been decided whether the new game will be 18+ or all ages. She writes that if the story requires it, she'll make it an 18+ game, but otherwise it'll be an All Ages game.
Kaoru Kino (Eldest Brother)
-- Mysterious. Intelligent. Doesn't talk much. Long straight hair.
-- The heir (eldest son) of an old family. Obviously cold to the main character who appeared suddenly. He used to be kind, but...Ryuuya Kino (2nd Brother)
-- He's her older brother, but neglected because he was only a half-brother so he's violent.
-- He's the only one that seems poor. Ambitious.??? (Mysterious Pretty Boy)
-- Lunatic. Because he was raised in a storage shed, he's doesn't act like he belongs in this world.
-- Talks a lot, "Ah, ha, ha. The weather's nice today, too, isn't it?"
-- His emotional ups and downs are violent, he doesn't trust anyone with his true self.
-- Wears kimono wrapped the wrong way*Seiichi Moriyama (Gardener)
-- Childhood friend, love between different statuses, friendly
-- He's three years younger than the main character, but is more of an adult than the main character because he's suffered hardships.
*only corpses are dressed in kimono the way he's wearing it.
Wow! This sounds great! There's lots of mystery, and lots of people in kimono *Squee* I like ??? and Kaoru the best :) I think if you have a bishie who was raised in a storage shed (which can be pretty huge in Japan...some are two or more stories...they're big. It's not the kind of storage shed where you can only fit gardening stuff in), it's gotta be 18+! I mean that's too crazy! I love Amedeo's games and wish they would hurry!
Which reminds me. There's a lot of short stories in the 2007 Amedeo Official Book...maybe I'll translate the one for Yaguchi-kun? It's 8 pages long, but there's lot of white space and the font is kind of big...maybe I'll do a page or so a day or something? I really liked Step...and Pet Tantei Y's, too...but I really, really liked Yaguchi-kun *hearts all over*

On the gaming front, I finished Tomohiko Tachibana (I gave up and had to look on La Primavera for how to get the Lucky end....:P) and am on Kei Ryuuzouji. I'm not one to pick on the details of a game much...but there are some inconsistencies that make me wonder. Kei-sama wears these ugly green? brown? yellow? biker shorts under his purple boxing? running? shorts...but when you go to the mini games...he's only wearing the purple ones...what happened?! He didn't have time to shower yet?! And then he fights with his hair in a ponytail...but in the "winner" part at the end of the B-1 sequence...his hair is magically down! When he wins does he take out his ponytail and shake out his mane like in some kind of shampoo commercial?!
I love Tomo-chan's Lucky Ending CG! He's soooo hawt there! I wish there as more than one of him after he gets a little older and taller...
Oh, the Sweet Pool site was only updated with the magazines that articles about it appear in. Oh, and I have a bit of money to get another game...should I get the PC version of Otometeki Koi Kakumei LoveRevo!, Lover's Collection, or Crepsydra...or a bunch of cheap used games (which would include Rashiel's Riddle, but not Double Reaction)...I kind of want Daylight, too. I got the TV for my JPS2 back, but not the power cord :/ so I can't play any PS2 games...I don't think they'll return the power cord for a while :*(...
