The theme isn't so much romantic relationships between the characters but more of a "conflict of the heart" as a human. Erotic and grotesque portrayals are prominent in the game." There's not much info on the actual story and the Nitro+CHiRAL site is down for me right now. I'm pretty sure they must have updated it with stuff by now...but *shrug* What the article does mention is that Youji and Tetsuo aren't really friends or anything but they go to the same school and something happens to their school. One day something happens (is it the thing that happens to the school?) that gives them something in common, a connection of sorts. It's not an emotion like "love" or "romance" but rather suspicious regarding themselves and the other guy. They want you to guess at why they have to deal with each other more and more and what lies in their future. The scenario writer is Kabura Fuchii (淵井鏑), as in their other games, but the artist, Seeji Onitsuka (オニツカセージ), is new.

Youji Sakiyama...is the main character with longish, pitch black hair and eyes to match. He's not interested in anything and passes the days in silence. He only has a surface relationship with his friends at school and it looks like he's not particularly close to anyone. He often spaces out at home while looking at the tropical fish swimming in their aquarium.
Tetsuo Shironuma...is a student with light colored hair, muscles and a large frame.He goes to the same school as Youji, Komanami Metropolitan Academy. He drapes himself in an aura that keeps people away, and everyone keeps their distance from him. One day became the reason for him to get close to Youji and he begins to come in contact with him. No one can begin to guess what he's thinking."They say I'm a failure, you knoow!"
Zenya Okinaga...is a youth that likes to stand out, for example by combining a green shirt with a hat. The rosary that dangles on his chest is in sharp contrast with his clothing. Though he attends the same Komanami Metropolitan Academy as Youji and Tetsuo, it seems he's not tied down by rules and relations and does whatever he wants. One of his traits is that he tends to elongate the ends of his words."Please don't push yourself...too hard."
Kouhei Kitani...is a man with ash grey hair, a scar on his face and a strong countenance. He doesn't look like he works a normal* job at all with his black 3 piece suit, black gloves and black cigarette. He obeys Zenya and uses polit elanguage around him so what is their relationship?"Like aren't you hunrgy? Wanna stop by somewhere?"
Makoto Mita...his dyed brown hair,wristbands and yellow belt; Makoto infuses fashion into even his school uniform. His gregarious smile and cute appearance is captivating. He often is seen with something sweet, like hard candy or Popsicles, in his mouth and has a mischievous personality, the kind you'd expect from a high school student. It looks like he's friendly with Youji as a clas.smate.Kunihito Okinaga...is Zenya's father. You can tell he's not an ordinary guy from the white hair he keeps in a ponytail, strict expression, the earrings that shine on both ears, and the suspicious tattoo carved on his neck. Does his son, Zenya, act out in such uncontrolled manner because Kunihiko is very powerful? It looks like Kouhei Kitani has some kind of connection with him, to...

Boy, doesn't Kunihito look like he walked off the set of Sopranos or like Grand Theft Auto or something? He's even got the wierd shirt and beer belly. Makoto looks like a Daisuke Kishio character to me...but I don't think Nitro+CHiRAL will use him because he's in too many games.
All the art in the article is really dark, color-wise. You know it's going to have great music and a great storyline and totally be worth buying just because it's Nitro+CHiRAL, though. I totally have to get a copy of Togainu no Chi. Can you believe I don't have it yet?
They're being really mysterious about this title. I guess there's supposed to be another article about it in the July 2008 issue of B's Log...so...

I'm still trying to get Tomohiko's Lucky Ending in Duel Love. I haven't had much time to play this week so :P I don't know what to write about in my next blog entry. Have I already written about Amedeo's new game? If I haven't then I think I might do that...I'm open to suggestions about what to translate...like would you guys like me to translate more about a certain game? Translate more B's Log walkthroughs for character? I don't know. Sometimes I don't write anything because I can't really think of what to write. I do try to write about things that other people's gaming blogs haven't written about, though... there are too few otome gaming blogs for us all to write about the same things, you know!
