TC, You pretty much described my situation as well, except my PC is very old (Pentium 4, Geforce 4, 512 mb ram). So as a result, i only play older stuff on here. If graphics aren't a big deal to you, I would suggest command and conquer: Generals or other C&C games. Most are very good. Also, you cant forget about Starcraft, thats a classic
I built a computer, and I must say, PC Gaming is not impressive at all. What was all the hooplah about? Even the graphics (Crysis) which are so highly touted are hardly better than consoles.
Ive only seen 1 trailer for Reach, but honestly, Im GLAD they (seem to be?) changing direction. Halo multiplayer was GREAT as well as Halo 2's online play, but by the time Halo 3 rolled around I got bored pretty quick with it because it was the same gameplay over and over again. I sold halo 3 only a few months after it came out. IMO its a good thing they are adding new stuff into reach, because right now I am completely uninterested in halo or anything related to it and have been pretty much since just after halo 3's release, and hopefully reach can change that. I just hope they keep the multiplayer balanced though. Unbalanced multiplayer tends to make me nerd rage. a lot. *AHEM* mw2...
During the COD 4 pre-release beta I remember encountering some english guy who was preaching the bible. I loled Or the time where during a game of Halo 2 several years ago I was playing Team Snipers and 2 guys on my team were blaring techno over the mic and making their in-game characters look like they were dancing to it whenever they teabagged someone. xD
