OK everybody, I recntly fell in love with the ominus and freaky deoxys, and I would like to see what formes you like, and what the best moves for it are. I personally love defence forme. My friend's dialga used 2 roar of times on it, and I was only left with half health. Defence shuld have amnesia, iron denence, recover, and night shade.
