I don't care about the score, I care about the pros and the cons of the games, because score can be deceiving. Some gamers/reviewers don't care about the lack of story so they still can give a high score and some not. On the other hand, if the reviewer mentions the lack of story as a part of the review, I take this and apply to my opinion of the game and decide whether to buy, rent or to pass up the game. It's that simple for me...
@StarsiderSajun I totally agree with you. The sense of accomplishment won't change even everyone cheats around me however provided even as an option to gamers somehow doesn't feel right. I remember the day when I reached 100% completion in GT3 which took a lot of time. In order to beat the game I had to get a prize car in one of the 24 hour endurance races. If I am able to get that specific car with $10, it still doesn't take the feeling of accomplishment away but makes me feel kind of cheated. Then again maybe I am too old-school for this kind of set up :) .
I love GT series and I really don't mind grinding at all. However, I do not like the idea of a person spending 80+ hours is equally rewarded someone with deep pockets. Next thing they will sell platinum reward for 100 bucks...
I think, I lost all the tracked games. I got a default stack for my wish list but as far as I know I don't have any for tracked games. I had organized them accordingly so when the game is out and reviewed yet if I haven't purchased I put them in tracked section... shoot...
When I see these kind of topics, I always think there is one evil dude who had such a depressing childhood and because of that wants to ban every video games and rationalizes this with "violence in games".
Please give me whatever he is having. Since it made him to believe Nintendo's line up is good, it will make me believe we live in a perfect peaceful world...
