For an article that has today's date why don't you have the new release dates for all the games that have changed recently? Destruction All Stars, Cyberpunk, etc. etc.
What do you mean "for the rest of October"? These have been the 2 PS+ games available since the beginning of October. You're very late to the party pal.
@pillarrocks: pretty much everything has said that it came with the stand, I think it was the teardown video that also shows how to swap it to the "flat" mode
@lorddaggeroff: just like Destiny 2 was supposed to be really good and they made all the same mistakes as Destiny 1...I even held off a few months in hopes of avoiding any nasty bugs etc. bought the game and was just as disappointed as D1. Never again...
even if microsoft does come out with a bluray system it will not be for a long long time, at that point sony would be way ahead in that aspect. yeah some people have problems with the pricepoint but the true gamers that wanted all this stuff in the system they will find a way to buy the system maybe not right away but i still think sony has a small advantage over Microsoft right now and I am thinking that the advantage will grow as gamers etc. start to realize what the PS3 can do.
not really OWNED, cheap bluray player? phttt $800 for standalone player that has media that holds 50+Gbs of data i dont think thats a cheap player if you ask me thats a frikken awesome player
I highly disagree with you Masterchief as microsoft does NOT have an advantage with their "experience" with games as gaming is not Microsofts main point neither is it Sony's its mostly up to the third parties, and also if you have been keeping up with hardware periphrials at all you would know that Blu-ray players ALONE cost upwards of $800-900 so in fact Sony's price point is incredibly fair for what it has in the PS3, also it is already official that there will never be HD-DVD games on the X360 only HD-DVD movie playback, and also the Online content being put out my sony does easily rival Xbox live seeing as though the online service Sony is doing allows you to play ALL online games for free and only the advanced options require a fee XBOX Live requires the fee even to play the games online except for i think FFXI. another point is that by waiting the extra time to launch provided them the ability to see all of Microsofts mistakes with the 360 in the first year. Oh and on to the Wii, even the Wii is going to have HD-DVD games and the ability to download all old nintendo games if you ask me the 360 is going to have a hard time even competing with a NON-competitor. there are definatly people that say the price of the PS3 is too high but from what i have witness along with co-workers (seeing as though i work at Gamestop) is that the people that still want to buy the system despite the high price far outweigh the people that say its too expensive.
