So, everyone is saying that the PS3 will cost 600 USD, but they're completely forgetting about the 500 dollar core that Sony is also offering. The 300 dollar XB360 core is a paperweight, but the 500 dollar Sony core is a good alternative to a 360. Oh, and as for SamGriebs' concern about game availability: Every PSX and PS2 game available OUT OF THE BOX Virtua Fighter 5 > Fight Night Tekken 6 > DOA4 MGS4 > GRAW Final Fantasy XIII and Versus > Oblivion Shall we look at all the other "winning" 360 games? GRAW is available on multiple platforms, as is Fight Night and Call of Duty 2. Oh SNAP! MGS4, Tekken 6, Final Fantasy XIII, Heavenly Sword; they're all exclusive. It's easy to talk trash about a console before it wipes the floor with your company, so enjoy it while you can. Because come November 17th, the 360 is going down the drain. Just like how people say the Gamecube is dead after Twilight Princess, the 360 is on it's last leg with Halo 3, set to come out two years after launch. Now that's what I call a short lifespan.
